Refund policy
To start a return, you can contact us at virtualmelanin@gmail.com. Items sent back to us must have been sent damaged and or wrong on our part. No refunds for a change of mind and no. This store has a no refund policy for sublimation blanks and any custom work requested on any of our substrates. We refund if the store makes an error in sending incorrect items not selected by the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This has to happen with in 7 days or no refund will be issued.
Exceptions / non-returnable
We will not accept refunds for items that have already been subbed on and used the items have to come packaged back in the same condition they were sent in.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Due to Covid we will not be accepting refunds on any items that’s not damaged.
Exchanges
The only time we exchange is if we have sent out the wrong product by accident otherwise, we don’t accept exchanges.
Refunds
This shop has a no refund policy for any reason unless we sent you the wrong product. We get your items 0ut within 1-7 business days when volume is high takes a little longer to process.
